Exchange and refunds

 

We hope you are happy with your purchases from All The Fruits but if not,  we offer a 14 day ‘from date of purchase’ exchange/return policy. Once your order has passed the 14 days mark, this policy does not apply to your order any longer. The item(s) must be in the exact condition as received and returned to us in the original packing, with all inserts.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the item(s).  Please pack the item well (additional packaging may be necessary) and send it by a tracked service as All The Fruits will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 working days. This will be minus any postage charges. Please allow any refund some time to show up in your account or on your card.

Returns outside of the 14-day period will not be accepted.

For exchanges within the 14 days period, please contact hello@allthefruits.com.
If you wish to return an item, please do let us know as soon as possible by calling us or writing to hello@allthefruits.com for instructions prior to shipping the item back to us.

 

Please note



We are unable to accept returns on items on sale, samples, wallpaper printed to order or opened rolls of wallpaper, fabric printed to order, custom products or modified versions of standard products.

Wallpaper pictures on our website may not be to scale; always check dimensions.

Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some slight variation. A slight colour variation on a product, in comparison to what has been viewed on screen does not count as a fault.
