Pattern Design for Loqi

Our work with Loqi is a perfect example of how we can work to commission, designing patterns for the clients specific needs.

We were asked by Loqi to design four geometric patterns for their range of backpacks, bags, zip-pockets and suitcase covers.
The collection was launched at Maison Objet 2016 to a great response, with the bags now available in Loqi stockists worldwide.

If you don't know of a Loqi stockist near you, the whole collection of bags and products are available to purchase over on the Loqi website, or if you prefer you can e-mail us an order request at :

Whether you are large multi-national company, a small start-up or a private individual, we would love the opportunity to design a pattern or collection of patterns for you. The best way to get started is to drop us an email at or use the form on the contact page.

The difference between licensing and commissioning is simple. Commissioning a bespoke pattern means you get an original pattern designed to your specific needs from scratch, with you having the ability to work alongside us until it is exactly what you need. Licensing simply means purchasing the rights to use an existing pattern of ours from our pattern catalogue. The benefits of licensing are really two...the time before you can start using your pattern is less, and the price is lower compared to commissioning. Obviously the slight downside could be that you don't find exactly what you are looking for, but the best way to know is to request a copy of our pattern catalogue. Just send us an email and we'll send you over a pdf.
