ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Ordering and payments can be made:
- Through our online store. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Credit Card orders are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not handle any credit card data for orders placed online. Your card issuer determines the exchange rate that will apply. Please contact your card issuer for further information on the applicable rates of exchange. You agree that we may issue you with invoices in electronic form by email.

- E-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will help you fulfil your order by sending you an invoice with payment instructions. We accept bank transfers in € Euros or £ UK Pounds Sterling.
- Through Paypal.
Prices are in € Euros and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required before dispatch of goods, unless otherwise agreed.
All our products stock is stated in the shop. We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will contact you and offer a later delivery if possible.
You can request a made-to-order wallpaper or a re-print for a minimum of 6 units and for a lead time of 2 to 6 weeks.
Orders must be cancelled prior to shipping (which can occur within 2-48 hours). Please contact us at email@example.com or call us at +39 3347459259 if you wish to cancel an order.
Products and design services which have been made to the customer specifications are exempt from standard cancellation rights. Cancellations are offered subject to our discretion.
Wallpaper samples can be purchased through our store or by contacting us directly. Wholesalers, architects and interior designers please contact us and we can arrange samples for you.
Please note that wallpaper rolls are printed in batches and each batch may differ slightly in colour. We will make sure that all your wallpaper rolls come from the same batch, but it may have a slight difference in colour and texture from the sample you ordered at a different time. All rolls ship with a label inside stating the batch number of your wallpaper, should you need to reorder and require the same batch.

We aim to process orders the same day, although at busy times we may take up to one working week. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed from the next working day. We ship worldwide via carrier of our choice, unless instructed in writing to use a specific carrier. Flat rate applies. Rates will vary for very large orders, for which you will be contacted.
In the rare event of us not having your chosen product we will contact you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.
We make every effort to make Postage and Packing as cheap as possible for our customers. We do not profit on our postage prices.
We hope you are happy with your purchases from All The Fruits but if not, products can be returned for a full refund, less shipping, within 14 days from delivery date as long as the item is in its original condition and is returned to us in the original packing, with all inserts. If you wish to return an item, please do let us know as soon as possible by calling us or writing to email@example.com for a return form with instructions prior to shipping the item back to us.
We are unable to accept returns on items on sale, samples, wallpaper printed to order or opened rolls of wallpaper.
Please note that pictures may not be to scale; always check dimensions. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some slight variation. A slight colour variation on a product, in comparison to what has been viewed on screen does not count as a fault. Custom products or modified versions of standard products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted on faulty goods, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the refund or product replacement process.
Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please pack the item well (additional packaging may be necessary) and use a tracked shipment. We are not responsible for lost packages or items that are damaged in return shipping.
We take great care in inspecting and packing our products in an effort to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. In the event that any products have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. When you sign for the product, you are accepting it is in good condition when delivered.
If the order is damaged or of a quality which is reasonably less than that represented on the website or requested in the order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will immediately arrange a replacement and cover shipping charges on products that are damaged and faulty only. Please use registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
All copyrights, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, text and design of our website / marketing material are and will remain the property of All The Fruits.
