How to Hang our Wallpaper

Product

Each roll is made of 10 metres of continuous non-woven wallpaper, with a width of 50cm.

How to prepare the wall

1. Check the wall is clean, smooth, free from imperfections and dry. Strip all remaining wallpaper.

2. Eliminate colour differences / contrasts. The surface should be uniform in colour.

How to install the wallpaper *

1. Tools you’ll need - scissors, cutter, cellulose wallpaper paste, brush or roller, rubber spatula, cloth, bucket, ruler.

2. Cut the first panel using the height of the wall as a reference. Add 3cm to the top and bottom, so the first panel will be ‘height of your wall + 6cm’.

3. Prepare the cellulose paste in a bucket following the manufacturers instructions.

4. Apply the paste onto the wall, spreading it evenly using either a brush or roller. To achieve optimum adhesion apply the paste to a slightly larger surface than the panel.

5. Apply the first dry panel from left to right, top to bottom, onto the pasted wall. Smooth it down using either a rubber wall covering spatula or cloth to eliminate air bubbles.

6. Check the match of the second panel, and measure / cut accordingly as in point 2, then repeat the pasting process as before, moving along the length of the wall you wish to cover. Please note our papers are printed to match edge to edge; the panels should not overlap.

7. Using a damp cloth remove any excess glue.

8. Once the wallpaper is dry, cut the remaining wallpaper at the top and bottom of the wall using a clean, sharp blade and a ruler.
